Our alarm response service will dispatch a uniformed security patrol officer to alarm activations at your facility. If we find evidence of or observe criminal activity, or other abnormalities our patrol officers immediately notify local law enforcement and the client representative.

Uniformed patrol officers exit patrol vehicles and perform a brief foot patrol inspection of building exterior and interior. Windows, doors, roll up garage doors and exterior fence-lines are inspected. Officers report non-working lights and maintenance issues. **Minimal preinstalled chips/bar-codes are used to log officer activity.

Doors, windows, gates, fencing, signage, lighting, neighborhood conditions such as pedestrian or suspicious activity are all included in the site check report that is provided to the client site after each check.

Spotlight Security Patrol Services
Our security patrol officers conduct highly visible slow moving mobile patrols with clearly marked vehicles to deter crime. Spotlight inspections are a low-cost solution designed to provide perimeter and exterior security enforcement.
Open and Close Business
Our proficient patrol officers are capable of opening or closing your business. Officers can conduct physical inspections of the building interior and exterior, as well as set or disarm alarm systems to allow staff, vendors or customers access to your business.
Unscheduled Opening
If your business opens outside of normal working hours, our security patrol officers will ensure that the disarming of your alarm system has been authorized.
Alarm Activation
If you leave your facility and fail to set the alarm, the monitoring station will contact us and our patrol officers will activate your alarm.
Standbys
Either upon notification or in compliance with a present schedule a security patrol officer will standby during anything the client deems as a priority such as a delivery, an ATM cash pickup/drop off, loading or unloading rail cars, allowing non-employee access after-hours for things like repairmen, etc.
Parking Enforcement
Security patrol officers can enforce fire lanes, inspect parking permits, enforce parking regulations and respond to illegal parking by working as the liaison between your tow company and parking violators. This service is independent of local law enforcement and must be administered by the client for their facility/private property.
Employee Badge Checks
Sites that have a shift change after hours; our patrol officer will respond at that time to verify incoming employees as well as provide a presence for exiting employees. This can be either rigid or relaxed at the client’s discretion.
Equipment Checks
Client identified operations/processes that are deemed to be of high importance and require after-hours checking. This is accompanied by a client provided process to address problems that might be encountered.
We limit our response to very basic steps, such as flipping switches, notification(s) or documenting any variances. This is for liability reasons.
Employee Escorts
Our call center will be notified by exiting employees, upon receiving this notification a security patrol officer(s) will be dispatched to ensure the safe exit from client property. Mobile officers can also be contacted directly.
